Admission Procedure
Joining Sapiens means becoming part of a community where your ideas matter from the start. Our admission process is transparent, supportive, and based on mutual choice. We guide you through each step—because choosing a school should feel more like a conversation than a checklist.

This helps us get to know your family and understand what you're looking for in education. Submit
We invite both students and parents to an informal meeting (in person).
During this meeting:
We get to know the student’s interests, needs, and educational background.
For all students, English and Polish profficiency tests together with conversation will be recommended.
We may propose a meeting with a tutor, psychologist, or program coordinator — depending on the student’s profile.
Within a few days, you will receive our decision: admission confirmed, postponed (with suggestions), or declined. We prioritize clarity and transparency in every decision.
If offered a place, you’ll be asked to complete our Enrolment Form, confirming your intention to join the school.
Once we receive your Enrolment Form, we’ll prepare your contract (in Polish and English), send it to you for review and signature, and then countersign it from our side.
